We also provide Risk Coverage on goods we relocate within the city, within India and ship abroad. The risk coverage facility is availed by paying a nominal risk charge. This ensures our guarantee towards the safe and secure delivery of your goods.

The normal risk charges vary between 2.5% and 3.5% depending on the risk involved in the individual consignment. The risk charges needs to be paid in advance, prior to dispatch of the goods.

• Minimum Risk Charges: We charge @ 2.5% on the total declared value of goods in transit. This includes losses due to accident, riot, fire, loss of package, theft, pilferage and any major losses in terms of breakages or damages while loading, in transit and upon arrival noticed while unloading and unpacking.

• Maximum Risk Charges: We charges @ 3.5% on the total declared value of goods in transit. This is a comprehensive coverage where all the above elements of losses are covered in addition to even the minor losses. Losses due to minor scratches on furniture, technical and mechanical faults in AC, TV, fridge, music system, LCD, VCD, washing machine, computer and other electronic gadgets are also covered.

• Recovering the losses: Losses due to relocations of houses, offices & cars are ascertained by our visiting Job Managers in consultation with the owners. The losses are paid in cash or cheque. Repairing by expert technicians are even undertaken for the damaged items.
