
PeopleSoft Administrator / Lead
Responsibilities
» Work across the teams to support best practice approaches, environment improvements, and timeline and schedules for PeopleSoft Administration related activities
» Perform PeopleSoft installation and upgrade activities as required
» Provide administrative and technical support for PeopleSoft applications. Additional responsibilities include the installation of PS software, patches, trouble-shooting problems, performance tuning, software configuration
» Design, implement and deployment of execution architecture components (e.g. integration points, batch scheduling, report and output management) in a PeopleSoft system
» Manage the design, build, test, and deployment of operations architecture components (e.g. system monitoring, alarming, error logging, automation) in a PeopleSoft environment
» Propose appropriate solutions to resolve the issues. Consult technical & senior staff when required
» Work with the users to ensure successful closure of the tickets
Basic Qualifications
» Experience with: Application Servers, Web Servers, Batch Server & Process Scheduler services, Application Messaging and Component Interface functionality and configuration
» Troubleshooting the web server, application servers and process schedulers
» Support training and on-going educational activities
» Must be able to perform database refreshes & restores between environments, and troubleshoot any issues resulting from them
» Monitor issues ticketing systems and respond in a timely manner
» Analyze issues and understand the issue from a user point of view.
» 4 years of technical experience with PeopleSoft 8.x environments
» 4 year degree with emphasis in information technology
PeopleSoft Financials Support Analyst / Lead
Responsibilities
» As a PeopleSoft Financials Support Analyst, you work with the client users to troubleshoot and resolve production support issues
» Understand, document and suggest improvements to client’s business processes
» Work with Technical Analysts in defining scope and designing appropriate solutions to client’s enhancement requests
» Lead and mentor a team of analysts assigned to a client project
Basic Qualifications
» Must be familiar with ERP – Preferably PeopleSoft. Good understanding of accounting basics is required
» Familiarity with Financials business processes (Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, Purchasing, Billing, etc.) well enough to understand issues raised by the users
» Familiarity with a programming language such as Java or C
» Must have a good understanding of RDBMS such as Oracle or SQL Server
» Must be willing to work in shift when needed. Must take ownership in resolving tickets. » Work with the users to ensure successful closure of the tickets
» Must have good analytical & problem solving skills
» Must have good oral & written communication skills
» 4 years of technical experience with PeopleSoft 8.x environments
» 4 year degree with emphasis in information technology
PeopleSoft Technical Analyst / Lead
Responsibilities
» As a PeopleSoft Technical Analyst, you lend technical expertise in troubleshooting production support issues
» Participate in developments and enhancement related tasks
Basic Qualifications
» 4 years in PeopleSoft technical development with proven track record in all or most of the following:
» SQR
» PeopleTools
» SQL
» PS Query
» Workflow
» Application Engine
» nVision
» Crystal
» 4 years of technical experience with HR or Financials
» 4 year degree with emphasis in information technology
